General Information

Papers must be submitted electronically via EasyChair. The deadlines listed on the left side are hard-deadlines.

Submitted papers must not have been previously published nor have been submitted to, or be in consideration for, any journal, book, or other conference. Papers will be reviewed and evaluated by at least three members of the program committee based on their originality, technical soundness and quality of presentation. Papers must conform to the IEEE double column format guidelines (see CSEE&T 2020 for formatting instructions). If the paper is accepted, at least one author is expected to attend the workshop and to present the paper. Accepted papers will be published as proceedings electronically.

Style Guides

Papers (maximum 10 pages in length) must be written in English and should be in IEEE double column format (download author instructions and templates for LaTex or Word).

Authors of accepted papers are additionally required to submit a 2-page short paper of the camera-ready version, following the same formatting guidelines, for inclusion in the CSEE&T 2020 conference proceedings.
